CONSTITUTION OF A SPANISH LIMITED COMPANY

We take care of the entire process. From the beginning till the signing of the deeds at the notary and the registration at the Mercantile register.

This includes:

  • Obtaining all necessary documents (NIE and CIF) for the partners,

  • Requesting the proposed name in the central register in Madrid,

  • Drafting the articles of the association, shareholders’ agreements,

  • Defining the shares and company capital,

  • Opening a bank account,

  • And the final CIF number.

  • Company constitution, mercantile register, corresponding taxes: from 2.100 € + IGIC
    (to be specified per case)
