Purpose and acceptance:

The purpose of this legal notice is to regulate the conditions of use and navigation of the Web Site by the User. In this sense, access and use of the same implies full acceptance without reservations of each and every one of the provisions included in it, making correct use in accordance with current regulations, responding to Aura Tenerife and to third parties, for any damages that may be caused by said non-compliance.

Aura Tenerife, carries out periodic revisions of the contents and information published on the Web Site, however, they may not be exhaustive or up to date, therefore, Aura Tenerife does not assume any responsibility with respect to the lack of updating or accuracy of the information, data or contents published on the Web Site. Neither can Aura Tenerife control the use that the User makes of the information published and therefore will not be responsible for any type of damage or harm, whether direct or indirect, that may derive from the use of said information.

The extraction and use of elements of the Web Site causing or not causing any damage to Aura Tenerife, in accordance with the dispositions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12th April, by which the Revised Text of the Law of Intellectual Property is approved and Law 5/1998, of 6th March, of Incorporation into Spanish Law of the Directive 96/9/CE on the Legal Protection of Databases, are totally prohibited.

Applicable law and termination:

The present conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any controversy or question regarding the Web Site or the present legal conditions, they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of Aura Tenerife. In the event that the User is a Consumer or User in accordance with the definitions of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16th November), they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile.
